- One-click Xero-ready CSV export
- 20 credits per statement — no separate quota
Built for the way accountants actually work
Every batch is timestamped and locked once you're happy with it — so your records are audit-ready. Come back later and you'll see stated vs computed closing balance side-by-side, with any difference flagged in red.
Reconciliation without the manual maths
Set the opening balance once when you create a bank account. From then on, every uploaded statement flows onto a running-balance ledger — so mismatches surface immediately, not weeks later at month end.
Straight into Xero
Export a Xero-formatted CSV and drop it into Xero's Import Bank Statements flow. No re-keying, no template juggling — just clean transactions ready to be coded.
Frequently asked questions
How does bank statement extraction work?
Drag any bank or credit-card statement PDF (or an image) into SyncMate. Our AI extracts every transaction line — date, description, amount and running balance — and lays them out in a table you can review, edit and export.
Does it reconcile against the closing balance?
Yes. SyncMate auto-computes the running balance from the opening balance and each transaction, then compares the computed closing balance to the one stated on the statement. Any mismatch is highlighted so you can fix it before locking the batch.
Can I import the transactions into Xero?
Yes. Once a batch is locked, export a Xero-compatible CSV in one click and upload it inside Xero's Import Bank Statements flow.
How much does bank statement extraction cost?
Each bank statement uses 20 extraction credits from your monthly allowance. It's included on Starter (up to 4 bank accounts) and Comprehensive (up to 10) — no separate quota to manage.
